Sorry; looks like it closed end of January. Sold for $268,500, less $12,784 in closing costs. If you tell me what interested you specifically (area, style, size, price etc) I would be happy to suggest some listings that might work. I am very familiar with the Milan/Ypsi Township area, since I live there!
