Missy Caulk answered:
Yes, you can raise the price, if your Realtor says she is agreement. However, in our MLS, when we work with buyers we always check the history to see what has gone on with that home. So it will show up you raised the price when a buyer agent searches.
If you have only had 1 showing in 2 weeks, I would not do it. If a house is below market value, which I am assuming you think it is then you should have had more showings, as all buyers are after the "deals". - Sun Jul 20 2008, 12:10
Missy Caulk answered:
If you are selling both ,then the title company will get the pay off, yes it must be done before the deed is transfered to the new owners. But, the title company will handle it. - Sat Jul 19 2008, 19:01

Ann Arbor Condo?

Missy Caulk answered:
HI William, yes I know of several. Sounds like other Realtors in Ann Arbor do too. You can google me to find out plenty of information on me and my team.
Or start your search for rentals below. - Sat Jul 19 2008, 13:43
Missy Caulk answered:
Based on the information you gave, and not reading the contract, you should be able to get your money back. Now if the contract said, non refundable deposit and you signed it, you would not be able to get it back.It would be in your best interest to have an attorney look at the contract, or call the MAR hotline, it is free to all Realtors in Michigan.
We are a consumer protection state as you know. - Thu Jul 17 2008, 05:35

My rental is being FORECLOSED!

Missy Caulk answered:
If it was me I would not pay him. He obviously is not paying the mortgage payment. It will take some time to evict you;however, he must have been pocketing the money and not paying the mortgage.

Be prepared, to move quickly should the need arise. - Wed Jul 16 2008, 14:36
