With your credit score there are many excellent programs available. Do you have a REALTOR? If not contact me and I will put you in touch with an excellent REALTOR who will suggest the lender that has the best programs for someone in your position. There are over 200 loan programs available right now, so you want to make sure you have the right combination of agent/lender.
