Single digits - when I began my career interest rates were double digits for years. There are many super mortgage companies in the Amarillo, Texas area that are eager to meet your needs as well. There is an abundance of outdoor activities, great eating establishments, good shopping, and you will be close to take a weekend trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico if you so desire. Start packing Cindy!
