Very sticky situation call a Real Estate Attorney. - Fri Feb 1 2008, 13:03
I would recommend looking on the internet and seeing who has a internet pressence in the Area that you are looking to sell in. You could also drive around the neighborhood that the House is in and see what Company has the most signs in the Yards around yours. I would also recommend that you go to Realtor.com and you can search for Realtors in your area.

I would recommend that you interview some Realtors and see what they offer and that way you can have a good idea of what you would need to do - Wed Jan 30 2008, 08:48
You will want to see if you have the Contingent upon Financing you can look through your ppwk and see if there is a form called a Third Party Financing Addendum, and at the top of this form it gives you a amount of Days to obtain Financing. And as long as you are still in this window of time, and you still will have to present that you did actually apply.
The other way to obtain you financing is to still be in your option period you will want to look on page 7 of the contract. You will lose your option check but you will get to keep your earnest money - Wed Jan 30 2008, 07:57
What I meant just because you pass the classes doesn't make you a realtor, once you pass the License test then yes you would have to disclose it, - Tue Jan 29 2008, 12:24
Being a recent realtor grad she should have known that every agent has Due Diligence to respond to you in a Timely Manner. Also she would have to disclose that she was a Licensed Realtor in the State of Texas, that is if she actually has a sponsoring Broker if she just finished classes and was not actually working at a Brokerage firm than I dont think that she would have to disclose it because she technically was not Licensed. She should have let you know in a more timely manner, it is in our Code of Ethics. - Tue Jan 29 2008, 08:14
