HI Deborah- The town of Cresskill has leveled now as most towns in the surrounding areas. Cresskill has been and will be in demand even more so in the Tamcrest area. The tamcrest area are mostly new construction and sell even in this market. When you put your home on the market, it should be priced right, as this is not the time to test the market. In order to compare your home in Cresskill, you need to check what your completion is compared to your home and what has sold only in Cresskill not other towns to price your home.
