What do you mean by good areas? Seven Oaks is located in North Fulton County and Deerlake is in Forsyth County. This means different schools and local government. I specialize in this price point and these areas and can certainly help answer specific questions. In fact, I have been in almost every home currently on the market in both Deerlake and Seven Oaks.
