I have learned over my 30 years of experience in real estate, that service comes first. My concentration is on you the client and not on the commission. I feel that if I help you meet your objectives, and work along side you in the process, only then have I earned my fee. My past clients have been my best resource, with repeat and referral business. I offer buyer agency and represent you all the way through closing.

I don't believe that the service stops at closing. I work hard to earn your repeat business.

I have experience in real estate management, commercial real estate, land sales, new construction, and residential resale.

I have helped many people through the process of selecting a lot, selecting a plan, finding a reputable builder, and selecting a lender with construction financing.

Blackberry vs. Palm: Your Advice?

Hi Don,

I have had a TRIO 700P with Verizon for 2 1/2 years. I have also looked into the blackberry as it seemed easier to manipulate the e-mail and several friends and associates have one. The Blackberry does not have the infrared capability, therefor not compatible with Supra. The TRIO offers all I need to be a totally activated agent in the field. Phone, Palm, Listings, Lock Box entry, checking showings of my listings in the field and direct data base contact through the MLS to any Realtor in the board. The keys are a little larger, which I need for quicker entry. Maybe one day we will be able to use voice activation for e-mails and texting without the key board. I hope this helps.
