Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. At present, agents cannot classify properties as sold. That happens once the listing information is removed from our display and once we receive transaction information that is made available by the county assessor's office.
Though you can 'remove' a listing from the My Listings page of your account, that will not remove the listing from our site entirely but instead will only disassociate that listing from your account.
At this time, in order to remove a listing from our search results, it is best to do so via the source. We receive your listings directly from Ebby Halliday Realtors so you'll want to contact them to ensure that they update the status for this listing within the data feed they send to us, or that they remove the listing from that feed entirely. Once they do so, our display should update automatically to reflect that new information.
