GAtor...there are 4 pending sales, one of which is a short sale, listed at $111/sf, the three others (one of which is bank owned) are listed between $136.74 to $155.62, average at $145.41. Let me know if you need more info...we have no idea of what the offer is on the short sale, nor if the bank will accept it...they are continuing to show that property
