This is most likely a technical feed link that has not disconnected after a home is off market. The MLS filters into hundreds (if not thousands) of reciprocal sites. This is a good example of technology working against us, rather than for us. It is an issue that once the ball gets rolling downhill , it is hard to catch. But the former listing agent and brokerage are responsible to remove the marketing of sold or expired listings. Best wishes!
