As full service Realtors, we should be showing our clients, or potential clients, that we have
"value added services", making us Specialists, that discount brokers cannot offer. We need to provide a list of those services, which show our worth and knowledge of our profession. Would a consumer go to a General Practitioner for major surgery??? NO, they would go to a specialist.
