"“Dianne Dibley is one of the most dedicated real estate professionals that I have known. I had the privilege of working with Dianne for three and a half years as her managing broker. Dianne made her clients satisfaction her top priority and she delivered first rate service. It was always a pleasure to receive rave reviews about Dianne in our client follow up surveys. I know that Dianne is highly regarded by her peers for her high integrity and work ethic. If you should be fortunate enough to hire Dianne as your real estate agent, you will also be getting a friend for life! It can’t get any better than that!” March 22, 2009

This is a short sale. All offers subject to bank approval. Paying up to 3% CLOSING COSTS!! Its on the market now 308days, Yes you can make an offer, if you have not owned a home in the last 3 years or you are a first time home buyer you are also entitled to the $8000 Tax Credit. Come back, take a look at the property first, (cosmetic work is fix-a-ble) and then make your decision to move forward. If you are not working with a Realtor, the best is to get representation for yourself. I'm a buyers representative and would be Proud to Represent you in a transaction and I appreciate your business. you can Email if you have any other questions or concerns, always available, ddibley@reidrealestate.com or call 360-731-0138. All the Best. - Tue Jun 2 2009, 22:10

Why buy a home in a park? with today's deals out there you should consider a stick built home on real property, specially with a VA loan. I found 5 listings on the MLS, in same price range, would like to share the info with you and help you make a better investment. Park fees, who wants to pay that. - Sun Feb 15 2009, 22:28

Any 30 year house would have some quirks. Have an inspection done and pay close attention to big ticket items eg: Structure,Furnace, plumbing,roof,fireplace/chimney,water damage, these are things that will cost to fix, if you do know of a contractor have them look at the property too and evaluate it. I hope you have a Realtor to represent you, as a buyer this does not cost you anything and you have a proffessional working for you and on your side. You can also negotiate with the seller once your inspection is complete, either have the items fixed or negotiate the price. Some old homes are built solid but it's better to be safe than sorry. Good Luck. - Tue Dec 16 2008, 12:08

Strawberry hills or anywhere in Port Orchard is an AWESOME place to live in. I moved here, and cannot imagine any other place to be. A Ferry ride from Seattle or Bremerton, over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, a few hours from beautiful BC, Canada, plenty of things/events to join in, or not. Please visit my website for more info. If there is anything else you need, contact me. The best is to take some time off and visit, there are lots of places to stay at. - Sun Aug 31 2008, 23:56

Call any Real Estate company, tell them what you are looking for, Realtor's network with each other, I read up on Ironbound there are not too many places available, they too have a slow down in the market, nows the time to buy, but with a Realtor you have someone looking out for you and when something gets listed you will know, or take a look around yourself and talk to a few people. As a buyer you do not have to pay the Realtor. Good Luck in your search. - Sat Aug 9 2008, 19:21
