Welcome, I’m Helen Martin, Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty. I have 13 years experience and I do business in Mercer Island, Issaquah, Bellevue and Seattle. What makes me different from most realtors is my commitment to the Realtor Code of Ethics and helping you achieve your real estate goals.
In addition, I just obtained my Green Sustainable Property Designation with the National Association of Realtors. I live my life and operate my business with green principles to conserve energy and protect the environment.
Were you aware that now is a great time to buy? Are you chasing the market?
As a warranty management consultant for developers and my extensive condominium management background this makes me an expert in condominium sales.
Sellers can receive a real time market snapshot that will pinpoint the value of your home and show you the price the neighbors' homes sold. I can educate you on how to make the equity in your current home to help you build net worth.
As a Rotarian I believe in service above self. I may not be the right agent for you, however if your values line up with mine, you expect experience, integrity and someone who cares about your needs; I would love an opportunity to meet with you.
"Helen Martin is a rare find in real estate. She is an agent who really cares about her clients, and works hard to ensure their happiness and satisfaction. Helen takes the time to understand her client's needs and does what she can to help fulfill them.
I am always comfortable referring clients to Helen because I know she values service as much as I do. She is the ultimate professional who stays in constant contact with the client and with me. I never have to worry about my clients when Helen is working with them because I know it will be a positive experience. One client that I had referred to her told me "Buying a home was so much easier than my friends had told me it would be. Helen really stayed on top of everything.""

"I purchased my house with the help of Helen Martin in October 2005. Helen was a pleasure to work with and a great resource for learning what goes into purchasing a first home. She continues to be an excellent resource for me when it comes to real estate questions. I have recommended her services to many friends and will use her again when I’m in the market for another home. Thanks Helen!"

"In the buying and selling of a house and condo, I’ve worked with 3 different real estate agents. I can honestly say Helen is the only one of the three that I would work with again as well as recommend to friends. We looked at numerous places and Helen was always friendly and helpful in providing feedback on the homes. I could tell she wasn’t just looking for a sale, and wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed in making a decision on a purchase.
Thanks Helen, you’re a super star….Milo"

"I worked with Helen to purchase my first home. Helen was very helpful in educating me about Real Estate and provides good resources. Helen is more of a Consultant than a Sales person. She provided feedback and advice to ensure that I made the right purchase rather than pushing me for a quick sale on a house that doesn't fit with what I want.
Helen is very dedicated to meet her client's satisfaction and recommends a good strategy when putting in a bid to ensure the highest chance of winning the bid to purchase the house. I had a very good experience with Helen and highly recommend her to anyone. Helen has all the qualities, skills and knowledge to be your Real Estate agent."

Helen C. Martin answered:
Open houses may not directly sell your home, but it may have been the driving factor for that one buyer who learned about the home just from seeing your open house sign and checking with their agent. One time in my career, I did sell the home from meeting a man at the open house that did not have an agent and we wrote the offer the following day. I would also say it depends on where the open house is located; streets with great traffic and new construction does much better than a home on five acres in the country 40 minutes from the nearest metropolitan city. - Thu May 8 2008, 15:09
