This property is not current listed for sale. It taken off the market on September 30th of 2008 after being listed for 119 days. It was priced at 999,900 when it was pulled. This property has had a fair amount of activity since 2005. It sold in 2005 and then again in 2006. It has been listed twice since the 2006 purchase. I believe that the house and property were remodeled and improved by the current owner. I looked at the house prior to the remodel work in 2005 and at the time was in need of some major updating and improvements!
The views of the Three Sisters are great in this area, but if you are sensitive to road noise you can hear HWY 20 even though it is a good distance away. This is in the Sisters school district. Please feel free to contact me with more questions about this property or any others. I'm always up for a straight forward conversation about the real estate market!
