The value of land in NE Portland greatly differs. IF you are looking at value of land in the area of 89th and Prescott, or 60th & Prescott, or 32nd & Prescott. Lot at the tax records, the value of the land and the structure are broken down there. That might give you a clue to the value of the land, divide that by the sq. ft of the property, etc, etc, etc.
If the survey indicates a difference, why have the property lines not moved to the actual corners of the property??
