As a former tourist who has been here for 8 years via VRBO I can tell you that I found the site to be very reputable. A lot of the owners do use Realtors as the contact person so you may be dealing with a Realtor after all. Keauhou is a fine place to stay. Do you own the book by Andrew Doughty call Hawaii The Big Island Revealed? If you don't have that book yet order from Amazon.com and you will enjoy your stay even more.
