In case you are still looking to invest in bank owned propeties, Fannie Mae's new website is http://www.homepath.com, and Freddie Mac is http://www.homesteps.com. You can search all 50 states. I do have 2 active listings in the Hanalei district of Kauai which are Fannie Mae owned. One is a small house on 2 acres in Kilauea for $519,000 and the other is a Princeville Paniolo condo for $239,900.
