How low will they go is a good question? It is unfortunate that more and more people can’t make their house payment and have to give them back to the bank. We are expecting the market to come back in late 2008 or early 2009. For now it’s going to be a bumpy ride. Keep in mind that more millionaires are made in this kind of a market. Allied Schools is one of the best. We teach there course in our office to new agents. I prefer online to going to class. Most of our offices have classes daily. Classes run from the day to day task of real estate to how to work your data base. Find a local office near you and find out what they can do for you. Some offices even have license prep classes. Remember real estate can be the most rewarding jobs around but it take work and you can never stop getting leads.
