How Low Will they go???

Jeremiah Johnson answered:
How low will they go is a good question? It is unfortunate that more and more people can’t make their house payment and have to give them back to the bank. We are expecting the market to come back in late 2008 or early 2009. For now it’s going to be a bumpy ride. Keep in mind that more millionaires are made in this kind of a market. The only thing we can do is educate our sellers on what’s going on and give them a far sells price or just tell them to hold on to their home for now and wait a year or two. - Mon Sep 24 2007, 11:48

Also try godaddy.com. Domain After Market is the name. It’s like Ebay. I have sold several with this company. Plus for $5 you can get a suggested price for your name. You have a good name. Also use Craiglist.org for a local sell in your area. - Mon Sep 24 2007, 11:41

Allied Schools is one of the best. We teach there course in our office to new agents. I prefer online to going to class. Once you get your license you should be thinking about what real estate company is going to continue to expand your education. Real Estate is always changing. New rules and new laws come around every year. A few good whys to learn as you earn is to become an assistant to a real estate team. Some teams hire new comers to go out and shoot their photos and input their listings into MLS websites and design flyers. This is a good way to learn from the inside and keep some cash in your pocket. Companies like Keller Williams Realty have classes in all their offices year around. Most of our offices have classes daily. Classes run from the day to day task of real estate to how to work your data base. Find a local office near you and find out what they can do for you. Some offices even have license prep classes. Remember real estate can be the most rewarding jobs around but it take work and you can never stop getting leads. Selling real estate is only part of the job the main part is getting leads. Without leads you will not sell real estate. Check out my website and see what Keller Williams Realty can do for you. Good Luck. - Tue Aug 7 2007, 10:43
