With Clear Lake being the largest lake in California, home to some of the best bass fishing & many tournaments and with the recent restrictions being added to nearby Lake Berryessa, activity on Clear Lake is only set to continue. Secondly Cobb Mountain is a hot spot year round, with its hiking trails, clean air, proximity to the lake, and many natural hot springs and resorts.
