Hi there,
There are very few open houses on the coast. Why? It's a small community and generally people buying along the north coast are from out of town. What are the odds that those buyers will be there the day we hold an open house? Instead, open houses bring in the nosy neighbors and possibly, people who want to case the home with criminal intent. Instead, it's better to contact a local Realtor(R) and let them know what you are interested in; they can set up some private showings and give you a better feel for the area.
