LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER

I have been licensed to sell Real Estate in California since 1992. After an 8 year career selling office equipment and running an office equipment sales office, I realized I needed a change professionally.

In 1998, I switched my focus to Real Estate and have been one of the TOP PRODUCERS in the Century 21 System ever since. By achieving such a high level of performance, I believe I have shown my dedication to the needs and wants of my clients.

I take pride in my work ethic and comfortable style of communication, and feel that they have helped me succeed in making the REAL ESTATE ADVENTURE smooth and enjoyable for my clients. With this performance level, however, comes certain expectations and responsibilities, and I understand that. I feel that going beyond the expectation level of my clients is the best way to prove my worth and build their trust.

I, also, really enjoy working with people and want to make sure that they know and understand the process, as well as their rights in the process. This attitude is one way that helps to make sure that my clients BEST INTERESTS are covered.

Hi Patricia,

What a great response you've had on your question! The information that has been given by the other agents seems "spot on", especially the part about getting a few opinions. That's a great way to start. You will also want to do some homework on your neighborhood ahead of time so that you can tell if the agent talking with you knows what their doing. There will be a pricing difference for the Center Patio's or In-Law Potential homes but that can be easily seen with a properly done CMA or Market Analysis.

The market in SF is very pocketed with some areas gathering multiple offers while other areas are quiet. You're in a great location, so you're going to get the attention but the pricing is going to be very important. Too high and you'll sit for a while. The REO stuff hasn't really come your way yet but if that happens, the Bank will start their asking prices well below market in hopes to move it from their books fast. In turn, that could affect the Non-REO properties. I think you're hitting at a great time. - Fri May 9 2008, 13:54

I'm not aware of an agent twho specializes in selling BMR's. You would, mostlikely, want someone who has been selling Real Estate in the City for a while and who understands the marketing of the BMR property. Typically, buyers have to qualify through the City and there's a few other hoops. Ask the agents you interview if they know the deal. I would love to chat with you. :) - Fri May 9 2008, 13:37

If the property is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, I may have someone who can help. He's an attorney with Trump, Alioto, Trump and Prescott and his name is Dan Trump 415-563-7200. If he can't help, he'll be able to direct you - Thu May 8 2008, 18:19
