About Me
My special Areas are Sausalito, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Belvedere in Marin County and the Marina, Richmond, Pacific Heights of San Francsico. The "high rises" areas in San Francisco are especially great second homes for upscale urban living with high appreciation history. Senior Citizens, first time buyers, new arrivals, corporate transfers, second homes, and local moves all receive specialized support for their special needs.

My clients never worry about my fiduciary responsibilities since I do not represent the buyer and seller transaction on the same property.

Of course! You are the client and must be an advocate for your own best interests. My suggestion is to interview several agents on a more formal basis with a list of hard questions.
