He graduated from University of California at Santa Cruz with a bachelor´s degree in Politics (Class of 2000´). He has worked in the service industry since age 15 and in the beginning of 05´ moved from San Diego after working two successful years for one of the top Title Insurance companies in the United States. From escrow to customer service, Nate experienced the real estate transaction from all sides, and now focuses on providing only the best information and guidance in the sale. Nate has recently teamed up with his mother, Rose, in the Half Moon Bay Alain Pinel Realtors office. Alyssa,

There are a total of 4 homes under $400 (higher amount to take into account possibilities of negotiating) located in the Westview Area of Pacifica. We sold one in the height of the market for $630K and all the home had was a new roof, double paned windows, laminate floors and great landscaping. With a little TLC these Cape Cod homes can be great to live in, or even make as an investment.
