I have a great listing in Palm Springs that is not a short sale nor a forclosure. It is a great investment opportunity. It is a duplex. It is comprised of a 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with great private backyard with mountain views and a very large jacuzzi.. It is a short 5 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs... Let me know if you would like some more information on it @ Isellhomes@michaelcrawford.biz - Wed May 7 2008, 09:03
I don't read in your question where it states whether or not you got a signed acceptance of offer. Did you? If you did, sounds like you might be on the hook, but if not, does not appear to me that your offer has been accepted and you can submit a "withdrawal of offer "WOO" form... check with your realtor.. - Wed May 7 2008, 08:52
I'm a realtor in Temecula, California, (southern California) where the market has been very slow for qite awhile until the first of the year. Since the beginning of the year, we are seeing multiple offers on many of the forclosed homes in the area and some offers for over the asking price are not enough. You have to act fast on the deals out there right now. I have a buyer who has made great offers on 3 homes in the last week only to have them sold before we get the offer submitted.. - Wed May 7 2008, 07:40
