Agent at Coldwell Banker
Ellen Francisco answered:
If your realtor has been marketing the property and you have done everything you can to help the property show at it's best, then it probably is about the price. If your Realtor networks with other agents and has a strong sales record, then you should continue to listen to your Realtor. It's not necessarily the agent's fault that it hasn't sold. - Thu May 1 2008, 20:26
