About Me
I started working with ERA Simmons Real Estate in 2006. After graduating from the ERA Top Gun Academy, an intense 8 week program, in 2007, I was certified as a Cartus Network Affinity Specialist (CNAS). Since then I have helped several families relocate here and find the home of their dreams. I served on the MLS Committee of our local Realtors® Association during 2007-2008. I was elected to the Board of Directors for the Otero County Association of Realtors for 2008 and 2009, and was recently elected as president-elect to serve as board president in 2010. I have recently completed my GRI Certification (Graduate, Realtor® Institute), a task which requires over 90 hours of intense real estate classes covering such subjects as, “Pricing Property Properly”, “Contract Negotiations”, “Fair Housing Law”, and many more areas of expertise to better equip me to represent you in selling your home. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as the Realtors Association of New Mexico (RANM). I recently completed my training for my Broker License and am qualified as a Qualifying Broker in the state of New Mexico.
Testimonials
":“Lebron is an exceptional person and a great realtor. He went out of his way to make sure that we saw the homes that would work for us. He listened to everything we talked about wanting in a home and chose just the right homes for us to see. When showing us homes he would stand back, let us look around and then be able to answer any questions we might have, never being pushy or interfering. ERA has the best realtor in this business as far as we are concerned.”"
Ross and Paula Thu Jul 24, 2008
": “I just wanted to write to say thank you for all of you help with buying our first home! We really appreciate you going out of your way to show us around town and really taking into consideration the things that we wanted out of our home. Working with you was a pleasure and I am very thankful that we had someone so considerate on our side guiding us in the process.”"

Is is a good time to buy a foreclosure?

Lebron Little, GRI answered:
Thank you for that honest evaluation of my opinion and character. It is "really sad" that someone so educated has to stoop to insults and sarcasm to make a point. I can better understand why you have such a sour attitude about the market, economy and life in general. I hope things turn around for you in your personal and professional life. - Tue Jan 6 2009, 09:28
First, an answer for Angel. Now is a good time to buy but be careful about foreclosures. Most have no meaningful property disclosure because the bank or mortgage company has nothing to disclose since they have not lived in the home and are usually selling "as is".
Secondly, to Tempedude. It is sad that you too have fallen victim to the media hype. The media has to have something to scare us with and now it is the housing market. Sure, things are bad in certain areas of the country but not all over. Do your homework, research and don't listen to the media. - Wed Dec 31 2008, 08:19
Lebron Little, GRI answered:
It good to see that you are wanting to take the first step toward home ownership, pre-qualifying before looking. It is important to set limits for yourself on how much you can spend on housing, ie., house payment, insurance, taxes, maintanance, etc. The first thing to do is get in touch with a mortgage broker who can help you determine what your credit score is and your income to debt ratio. There are a lot of mortgage programs available with no down payment or very little down payment for first time home buyers. - Fri Mar 28 2008, 10:30

What's the best area in Alamogordo, New Mexico?

Lebron Little, GRI answered:
The best area in Alamogordo depends on your needs and wants. The golf course area is a much desired neighborhood by many looking for a home in Alamogordo. There are other areas though that meet the needs of many of my buyers. There are new neighborhoods with homes built in the last 3 years as well as new construction. Then there are older established neighborhoods with well-built homes. I would be glad to show you what is available in these areas or visit my website for a search of all of Alamogordo. - Mon Mar 24 2008, 10:51
