I have been unable to locate this property. I have searched our MLS system several different ways and I guarantee there are no homes listed for $9,900. It is a misprint. There was a similar home that was a foreclosure located on Ericson but it's list price was $89,900. Perhaps someone got their numbers crossed? However there are other foreclosed properties available in the Kingman area for GREAT prices (not as good as $9900) :-) but still great opportunities for instant equity. As a Realtor in Kingman, I can get you a FREE list of foreclosures or any other homes -anytime - and I would never ask for a credit card just that you would consider using me as your Realtor to purchase the home.
