Roosevelt Lake Az is surrounded by Tonto National Forest. We have homes on private land within
a few minutes of the boat ramps. A few have views of the lake in QUAIL Run subdivision.
Gila County has approx 3 % privately owned land the rest being National Forest (public) land or
reservation.
