Cathy - I find Gilbert, Arizona a great place to call home. You can't go wrong with making the Town of Gilbert home for you and your family. I have lived in Arizona for over 33 years and have built two homes in Gilbert. Specifically for the Gilbert School District in which I raised my three children in. My youngest is in Highland HS now and I have not one complaint of this highly regard school district.
I have also worked at Sky Harbor for 11 years with our local hometown airline US Airways/AWA and the commute is not too bad, depending on your travel time. With our new added freeway, the 202 Loop has certainly made it very easy to get around the Valley of the Sun conveniently.
