Hi, looks like you're getting lots of good responses. Your price range is so varied, that it might be difficult to narrow down; however, on my site, I have specific links TO golf properties and golf lots located in many areas. Depending on your age range - a 55+, there is a wonderful community with reasonable prices in east Mesa. Beautiful golf courses (3), and close to the 60 and the 202. Another wonderful area is Gold Canyon. Perhaps with your price range, you'd prefer to be in Scottsdale or North Phoenix, but Gold Canyon is a beautiful area to have a second home with mountain and golf views. There is a Lyle Anderson private course there as well as Sidewinder and Dinasour.....hope this helps. ;-) - Tue Jun 17 2008, 18:12
Hi, it would "depend" on where you will work. I personally prefer the east valley including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa and Queen Creek. - Thu Jun 12 2008, 22:02
I echo the below comments. Ask a Realtor to let you know......... - Mon Jun 2 2008, 08:36
Tessa, if you plan to live there for awhile, then I don't imagine you'll have any issues. Our Phoenix Valley is a great place to work, live and play. Find an area that you like, and then you'll be happy. Now is definitely the right time to make a decision.........builders are offering huge incentives, and Sellers are very negotiable. Best of luck. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. ;-) - Wed May 14 2008, 16:05
Courtney, gosh - where do I begin? Growing up here, I am amazed at how many areas have become historical! The older homes are typically along Central Boulevard up to about Camelback. My recommendation is to either stay below the 202 Freeway or above Indian School. The lightrail is along that route as well. Kinda check out how the homes are maintained, etc. I know there's an area between Central and 7th Avenue south of the freeway - like Fillmore that is a cool area. Just take a drive around... you'll find an area you'll feel comfortable in. Let me know if I can help. ;-) - Wed May 14 2008, 15:31
