About Me
When buyers and sellers choose their Realtor they usually look for someone with whom they are comfortable. A few years ago anyone who could fog a mirror was selling real estate. The job is not so easy these days and I understand what it takes to complete the mission. It takes area expertise, persistence, solid negotiation skills, follow through, organization, trustworthiness, and technical know how. We are living in an ever changing technological world. I enjoy using this technology to my every advantage. I strive to get my listings on the web in as many real estate resources as possible, since 81%+ home buyers today start their home search on the internet. It only makes sense to be where people are shopping for their next home. I also strongly believe in education. I have my GRI designation which entailed 90 hours of classroom time and testing. I work in the north Phoenix area, specifically Anthem, AZ. I have furnished home in Anthem Country Club that will be available this fall and winter. As the other agents have said the market seems to follow the school calendar and there is plenty of inventory to buy. No worries about having just problem properties, overpriced, or major fixer-uppers come August. This is one of the best buying markets I have seen in awhile. I sell in Anthem, AZ and have shown many beautiful bank owned homes in Anthem Country Club. I know Beautiful and Bank owned don't usually go together but, these types of home are available in Anthem. There absolutely is a way to get bank owned property information without giving your credit card number. As an Anthem resident and Realtor I would be happy to assist you with gathering the details of the bank owned properties that are available.
