Karen and Susan are correct. You should be able to see the foreclosure listings just as you see short sale or regular listings. It may be the website or search you are using. Try another place to search.
Susan may well have hit the nail on the head......Trulia may not be giving you all the information available.
Any good real estate agent can set you up with free automatic search reslts.
