I have been a Realtor since August of 2003. I specialize in selling residential homes, investment properties and land. I work with local buyers as well as individuals relocating to Cache Valley. My goal is to give my clients the best service I can and stay updated on real estate market in Cache Valley.
A little bit about me: I grew up on a ranch in Teton Valley, ID. Our ranch is about 8 miles outside of Driggs, ID. After graduating from high school I moved to Logan, UT to attend Utah State University. After my first year of school I served a mission for the LDS church in the Hawaii Honolulu Mission. During those two years I learned how to serve others, work hard and work well with people.
After Hawaii I came back to USU and graduated with a bachelors degree in Finance with minors in Economics and Marketing. I received my real estate license in August of 2003 and have since then sold over 100 homes, investment properties and lots.
I have been married to my wife Jennifer for 3 years and we just had our first child, Lilian, in May of 2008!!! What a change it's been so far, but I am completely and totally amazed and in love with both the women in my life!
""We would like to thank you for your very professional attitude and ingenuity, and for the extra time and energy you provided to make this sale successful!!!!! You took the time to keep us updated on the progress you were making serveral times each week. It was great to know what was happening. You were always on time for every apppointment. One great attribute was the time you put in to obtain background research in the sale of this difficult real estate property. This knowledge enabled you to literally bring buyers out of the woodwork.
We do want to thank you for your excellent efforts on this sale!!""

I would first talk with the agents broker and explain the situation to him....listing are actually held by the broker, not the agent. The broker could do a number of things, assign another agent in the brokerage, get the current agent to get his act together or simply release you from the contract. - Yesterday, 15:38
Absolutely, as long as you let everyone know what percentage or how much of it is actually finished.

Really it depends on the property. I've sold foreclosures, short sales, HUD auction homes etc. Not all are great investments. My advice is to find something in your price range that has good appeal for resell and is in an area that will appreciate well. If it happens to be a foreclosure that has some equity in it already, great! - Thu May 22 2008, 22:58
The bac is what the sellers are offering a buyer's agent if they sell the home....most of the time they are pretty serious in getting the home sold. - Thu May 22 2008, 22:52
