Amie Larsen answered:
It all comes down to your bottom line doesn't it? Typically, what I have observed, the difference between homes that are sold with a flat fee agent or discount agent and a full service agent comes out in your bottom line. If an agent can't negotiate their own wages how do you think they are going to negotiate when it comes down to the equity in your home? They have no motivation to help you get more for your property and will just let it go and move on to their next fee to try to stay in business. Price is a very important factor in marketing a property, but would you rather net more in the end? - Thu May 8 2008, 11:31
