Sorry! I didn't see the rest of your question until I answered the first part. So, I have a son who recently got his license, and he helps me make sure the flyers are stocked. I'm out at my homes showing them often, so I see when they are low, if the client isn't living in the home at the time. I advertise your home on 7 different websites, and I pay extra for one of them plus the magazine that comes with that website would have your home in it. I return phone calls within the hour, EVERY TIME...and never leave my clients hanging. That would be like my boss asking me to do something and I never get back with them. I work for YOU, and thus am responsible to you for getting the job done. I do open houses, and my son also does them for me. We have quite a pool of agents in our office that will also do open houses. If it's done on a Saturday, I will generally get back to you by Monday morning, when I update you on the past week. I NEVER let a week go by without updates to my clients. I had ankle surgery about 9 weeks ago and was returning my calls by the afternoon of the surgery. It's THAT important to me! And my clients knew ahead of time that I would be in surgery that morning, so that they didn't panic if I wasn't back to them in the hour.

Yes, there ARE hardworking realtors in Utah. I'm proud of what I do, I work hard, but it has always felt good to work hard.

May I just say that I am sorry you have had to go through this with a realtor. Those that do not do the job they agreed to make us all look bad. Just make sure, when you do choose a realtor that you ask them if they work full time. That is important, that your home is not second on their to do list.

Again, good luck, and I would love to help you out. Judy Bristow - 801-336-0855 - Sat Aug 16 2008, 22:38
