I honestly believe that the Bellerive condos are a better investment than the Pier 21. I do not think the location of Pier 21 is good. It is at the very end of the river and you do not have any restaurants or shopping near. Riverstone was built at the tail end of the Real Estate Boom.... bad timing and downturn in the market, a lot of the retailers dropped out of Riverstone. I think once the market picks back up, you will see a lot of the retailers return and Riverstone will be the place to be!

The only benefit that I see for Pier 21... you are able to have a boat slip at the marina. The Bellerive Condos do not have boat slips.
