Hi Susie,
What did you think of the Eagle/Meridian area? Have you looked in the Kuna/Star area? There are quite a few smaller towns nearby but close enough to Boise. The Treasure Valley, including Boise and the surrounding areas is all considered the banana belt. I've included a link for the avg temp and percip in the Boise area
