Question removed

Aaron Miller answered:
With all the news about the real estate markets being upside down. Durango Colorado real estate market IS NOT, of course we have seen a slow on the selling front. Valuations have remained strong, No real reductions in pricing. Deals are still available here, and of course foreclosures are up. But when history shows a couple foreclosures a year at worst, 2007’s couple dozen seems BIG. Strong investments opportunities, and Developers are still moving in and building up. - Mon Mar 24 2008, 11:24
