Who is the top performing agent in Bellvue, CO? (Actual statistics would be preferred in answer.)

Of the 46 properties that closed in the Bellvue area since January of 2007, the multiple listing service, IRES shows that there is no single dominant listing broker. Many of the listings were handled by The Group, RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker that have agents who specialize in rural/mountain property. As I am naturally biased toward Coldwell Banker, I have had several agents close deals in that area and would be happy to recommend one of them to you.
