If you are looking for some of the best investment properties in the country look at the Ski resorts. There international investors are flocking to the ski towns. Ski town property is some of the rarest in the world and with the dollar down there has been a swarm of international buyers. Our market has continually had 15-30% increase in value. Our Short term rental market cannot compare to any of the other regional markets. With the ski industry our condos and houses are typically rented 9 solid months in the winter. From one investor to another, this market has been incredible for me.
