Good morning Pete, (or good evening there!). Most brokers like me buy and sell properties and many would like to work with you to get a sale. However, there are brokerage firms that specialize in purchase/sale, but also "managment" of these properties for absentee landlords. They offer the full array of services from repairs, evictions, tenant screen, etc. that usual Brokers do NOT handle. Suggest you contact Karen Klassen at (303) 619-2113 with Blue Apple.
