About Me
Hi, I am Sharon your Texas Coastal Realtor with a passion for natural beauty and animals. Above is my dog Corey. We both are in love with the warm sandy beaches of the Texas Coast! Here in South Texas we have a sub tropical climate with plenty of deep sea salt water fishing, yachtting and kiacking. You will enjoy wakeing up to the smell of salt water in the air. Walk out onto your deck and see the fish jumping in the canal out your back door. Properties here are more affordable than Flordia and Calfornia by 80%.
I first found the small town of Port Aransass 10 years ago. I began to vaction there quite regularly from Wichita Kansas where I spent 20 years working in Social Service. I moved to Texas because I enjoyed the affordable cost of living in a sub tropical setting. I am a licensed Realtor with two designations.

Shawnna the market in Corpus Christi is a lot slower than last year. Are you lisitng your home with a Realtor? There is a better chance of sale with a Realtor because they are the professional Marketeres for your property. Realtors are trainedand Licensed for that partiualr reason. Come explore the Texas Coast! We have the option of waterfront property, ranches, small towns and big city living. If you compare the cost of living and the appreciation in properties to Flordia, Calfornia and Ohio. Texas has got them by the horns! Also I live in a town that calls for rentals 5-6 times a day.
