Well, I would like to welcome your daughter to the Sparking City by the Sea! I have worked with many TPWD employees over the past years in helping them find the next perfect home. There are some wonderful opportunities around the TAMU campus, but some real savings can be had just a little further north. I think she can still stay within 15 to 20 minutes of the campus, and be close to the CPL/CCA Fish Hatchery too. I would be glad to offer her some ideas and directions in our wonderful city. I would also encourage her to interview a few agents to find the perfect match in personalities. Please ask her to drop me a line when she might be in town. We look forward to seeing her in the Coastal Bed.
