Head to Head: Trulia vs. Zillow?

Team DiMuria answered:
In the market I sell in (Katy/Houston) Zillow is of little value because they have a difficult time getting real data. - Sat May 24 2008, 12:01

can a buyer have offers out on more than one property?

Team DiMuria answered:
You can put as many offer in as you like. Make sure you have a good Realtor helping you with this so you do not get acceptance on two homes...and put yourself in a very uncomfortable position. - Sat May 24 2008, 11:59
Team DiMuria answered:
Depends on what location you live in when you say...this market. The market I work in (Katy, TX) is a fairly strong seller's market...so you will pay a premium here. If you live in a down market the advice I give is the same as the stock market...is it better to buy low or high? - Sat May 24 2008, 11:56
