The home you asked about has been sold. I live a few minutes away from this area and keep my eye on foreclosures in Carlton Woods. There is a new home that will be on the auction block within the next couple of months, but could be approached beforehand. It is near that same section in CW and is about 5000 sq. ft. , less expensive by about $500K. Let me know if you would like some information on the home.
