Hi Sarah,
It sounds like you need some help and in a hurry! As of today's date, you have about 25 days to be out of your current home. One suggestion I can offer you, is to list your home for lease at a VERY reasonable price. If you are serious about being out in such a short time frame, then you need to be aggressive on your price.
