Our market in the Spring area seems to have bottomed out making for some exceptional opportunities for buyers, whether as owner occupants or as investors. The major issue to address is to get your financing in place before you shop. The sub-prime debacle has changed financing options so what may have been available a couple of months ago may no longer be an option. Once you get that in place then you can identify what is going to fit your specific criteria. If you are only doing this for investment you should not consider it as a quick return on investment. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 08:16

We have worked extensively with SIRVA Relocation, and nearly every other relocation company in the country, handling transfers into and out of our market areas of Spring, The Woodlands, Cypress, Tomball and Houston. Relocation companies are engaged by the company for which you are employed in order to make the relocation easier. Sometimes it may seem a bit of a challenge but by and large it is in the transferring employees interest to utilitize this service. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 08:04
