no you can't get out of it just because you do not have a copy. you signed it right? I hope you read what you signed. Just go and get a copy. About not getting feedback, well this could be bad or indiffrent. If your home is not sold but have had more then three showings then it is priced to high for location and condition. BOTTOM LINE!
