Deborah, 4th & 5th are streets that run east and west and are traveled quite a bit, but there are lights that stop the flow and the speed limit is 35mph. S. Chilton is a lovely area and is in our Azalea District, brick Street area, You live in this area because of the nostalgia. Hope this helps.
